   Sculpt Studio provides facial workouts and related cosmetic wellness services. Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Bookings & Payments

• You may book sessions online without paying a deposit and pay the full amount in person at the time of your appointment.

• Memberships and packages are billed monthly or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

• By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel according to our Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows

• All cancellations, rescheduling, and no‑shows are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

• It is your responsibility to review and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policies before booking or purchasing a membership.

• Refunds for single sessions and memberships are handled according to our Refund Policy.

• Sculpt Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur where relevant information was not disclosed or where aftercare instructions were not followed.

1. Memberships & Changes to Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or membership plan, including pricing, with reasonable notice where possible.

• Any changes will be updated on our website and/or communicated to active members.

1. Intellectual Property

1. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
