Refund Policy - the basics
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sculpt Studio, we understand that plans can change. Please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing any membership.
1. Single Session Bookings (Pay in Person)
- Clients can book facial workouts and services online without paying a deposit.
- Payment for these sessions is made in full in person at the time of the appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow our Cancellation Policy on the Cancellation Policy page.
- Refunds for missed or late-cancelled appointments are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
2. Membership Packages (Monthly Payments)
- Membership packages are billed monthly.
- By purchasing a membership, you agree to the recurring monthly charges for the duration of your membership term.
- Membership payments are non-refundable once the monthly payment has been processed, except where required by law.
